Quality Technician - Expertise

Perform analysis & provide the report for customer complaint product.

Perform technical analysis on product level & part level.

Support technical troubleshooting on other department if needed.

Manage & maintain analysis equipment or testing tool.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Minimum hold Diploma Degree in Electronic or Electrical field.

Understand English fluently.

Proven experience as a technician in electrical equipment or electronic device.

Strong understanding of technical manuals and schematics.

Strong understanding of electronic component and electrical installation.

Understand PLC, VSD, or other automatic system.

Ability to use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and software.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel if needed
