Franklin, TN (CoolSprings location)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will support D4C Dental Brands' communication, messaging and marketing to drive new patient growth, build patient loyalty, and educate patients and families across the company's 60 brands located across 10 states.

This support is crucial to the delivery of the company's mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of great oral health.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business Administration preferred)

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:

2+ years of work experience in marketing, communications, healthcare, wellness, or related field

JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:


* Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail



* Excellent communication skills, customer service and organization skills



* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously



* Enthusiastic team player; willing to learn and develop skills to improve systems and processes



* Understanding of digital marketing and tools including social media platforms


* Experience with multi-brand corporation a plus


* Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Support D4C Marketing team on new patient acquisition and patient retention initiatives


* Oversee and track annual marketing/communications calendar, including social media calendar


* Design, write and coordinate paid social media posts independently and in collaboration with office teams


* Develop and create paid advertisements, emails, and marketing collateral for various brands, ensuring content is on brand and on message


* Support regional marketing teams and practices with marketing and communications as needed


* Work with vendors to organize and implement marketing projects


* Perform other duties as assigned
