JOB SUMMARY:

D4C Dental Brands seeks a Social Media Manager to support paid and organic social media posts to drive new patient growth, build patient loyalty, and educate patients and families across the company's 60 brands located across 10 states.

This support is crucial to the delivery of the company's mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of great oral health.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business Administration preferred)

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:


* 1-2 years (marketing, healthcare, wellness, ecommerce, retail or similar preferred)


* Experience with multi-brand corporation a plus

JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:


* Experience creating social media posts for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok


* Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite


* Desire to work as part of a creative, energetic and dynamic team


* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


* Excellent organizational skills


* Experience with multi-brand corporation a plus


* Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Create and coordinate social media posts, including graphics, captions, videos, and reels for variety of brands and social channels


* Collaborate with marketing team to create and maintain a social media calendar


* Ensure content is on brand and on message


* Collaborate with operational staff to encourage local content on a regular basis


* Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute ongoing and seasonal campaigns across channels including but not limited to digital ads and social media


* Stay current with latest digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices
