We are looking for an authentic and detail-driven Night Auditor (Full-Time) to join us at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa and embrace your unique, best self to help provide our guests with heartfelt human connections, even while they sleep!

As a Night Auditor / Team Leader, we’ll support you to:

What does it take to be a Night Auditor:

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends guest service, problem-solving, and financial responsibility.

You’ll lead our night team to ensure our front office and hotel operations continue to sparkle after hours.

We’re looking for someone who has…


* Availability to work overnight shifts on a rota, including weekends and holidays.


* Experience working in a Reception, Night Audit, or Front Office role in a 4 or 5-star hotel.


* Opera experience preferred.


* A head for numbers, you’ll be reconciling daily transactions, running night audits, and generating reports.


* A passion for genuine guest service and supporting your team with warmth and clarity.


* Confidence in handling unexpected challenges calmly and professionally.


* A detail-oriented and proactive mindset, you spot the small things that others might miss.


* A collaborative, can-do spirit and leadership presence to guide the night team with heart and direction.
