As a Product Owner Sr.

Associate in our Wealth Management Solutions division, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering innovative products and platforms to unlock efficiency and maximize growth potential across a number of client segments.

You will partner with stakeholders across various lines of business, functions and subject matter experts to understand products, platforms, business processes, operating models, and user experience flows.

This will culminate in the delivery of a global generative-AI global that will transform our global abilities to respond to client Requests for Proposal.

Your expertise in product management, AI and business transformation will be instrumental in identifying trends, optimizing processes, and driving business growth.

As our organization grows, so does our reliance on insightful, data-driven decisions assisted by AI.

You will dissect complex business problems to unearth actionable insights while possessing a strong understanding of user experience, design, testing, training and emerging trends in artificial intelligence.

Job Responsibilities:


* Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the needs of stakeholders and aligns with the product vision.


* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and tasks.


* Work with the development team to plan sprints, ensuring that the highest priority items are addressed and resources are allocated effectively.


* Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product goals.


* Define and communicate acceptance criteria for user stories, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.


* Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market needs.


* Gather user feedback and analyze data to inform product improvements and iterations, ensuring continuous enhancement of the platform.


* Make informed decisions regarding product features and priorities, balancing stakeholder needs with technical feasibility and business impact.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Graduate / Post-Graduate, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services of which at least 5 years are as a hands-on product manager with demonstratable experience in agile product practices throughout the product lifecycle.


* Familiarity with Product ownership model including project planning, Jira story writing, resource management, requirements management (elicitation, documentation, prioritization, etc.), process mapping, process design, procedure authoring, org design, capacity sizing, etc.
