based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

They are hiring a Workforce Management Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Time and Absence systems.

The role involves leading a global transformation initiative, focusing on the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and innovation of these systems.

The ideal candidate will help align digital solutions with business goals and enhance employee experience, while promoting efficiency and innovation in software development practices.

* Technical platform ownership of Time & Absence solutions.


* Strategic alignment on the technology solutions deployed across the business units for the above modules.


* Technology solutioning, technical evaluations of best of the breed solutions available on the market.

Key responsibilities of the role:


* Understand business requirements, perform POCs and implement solutions


* Work closely with product owner, technical platform owner and architects to align on roadmaps and solutions


* Implement, update and deploy new integrations or updating existing integrations


* Engage with vendors on product issues and solutions


* Collaborate with other product teams on end-to-end impact of features


* Engage in troubleshooting and issue resolution

Qualifications:


* Minimum of 7 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and Dell Boomi
