What you will do

The Demand Planning Business Lead, Skin Health is responsible for overseeing the supervision of finished goods inventory, creating accurate demand forecasts, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with production planning, and warehouse personnel.

Key Responsibilities


* Develop SKU-level operational forecasts for a number of products within an assigned portfolio via coordination of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes using SAP Demand Planning functionality.


* Develop and implement demand planning strategies for products in alignment with business objectives.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize stockouts.


* Analyze market trends and customer demand to identify opportunities for growth and product innovation.


* Create and maintain demand planning metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.


* Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on demand planning activities and results.


* Develop and implement demand management strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet sales and distribution demand


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand and ensure timely delivery of products


* Lead the sales and operation planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management


* Manage budgeting, risk analysis, and service management to ensure efficient operations


* Provide leadership and guidance to multiple teams of professionals

What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
