What you will do

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Marketing Brand Activation Lead to join our team to support the total Children's Internal Analgesics business as well as total Motrin.

This role will be pivotal in leveraging influencer partnerships, community engagement, and social listening to elevate to drive meaningful consumer connections and elevate brand relevance.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social platforms and social trends, a passion for community engagement, and a strategic mindset for developing and activating our brand social strategy including, activating influencer partnerships across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, shape and execute social and influencer strategy including:

Organic Creators and Influencers.

In partnership with Communications ABMs or other members of the brand teams:


* Drive continuous reach and relevance through authentic and engaging storytelling in partnership with broader Brand Growth team.


* Identify and build a roster of agencies and platforms for creators and influencers.


* Facilitate faster content approvals to keep pace with social media dynamics.


* Define and oversee the end-to-end influencer campaign management process.

Paid Social (Influencer Content):


* Establish an operating model for effective paid boosting of creator/influencer content in partnership with Communications ABM's or other members of the brand teams.


* Develop paid media boosting guidelines tailored for creators and influencers.

Social Listening:


* Analyze trends, behaviors, and conversations to identify opportunities for brand activation.


* Integrate social listening insights into the local brand teams' workflows to enhance dynamic content creation, community engagement, and new product develo...
