What you will do

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Excellence Operations Manager to support the Marketing Excellence function.

The role is critical to building, scaling, and optimizing capability building programs that elevate marketing performance across both global and local marketing teams.

The ideal candidate has expertise in learning and development, strong marketing acumen, and a passion for enabling teams to learn and grow.

The Marketing Excellence Operations Manager is tasked with enabling the delivery of the learning agenda - one that operates under the guiding principle of learning in the flow of work.

However, it is still important that there is a central location where marketers can access guidance and resources on demand.

To this end, the Marketing Excellence Operations Manager will own the Marketing Excellence digital experience, including Learning Management System (LMS) support.

This role also involves designing, developing, and maintaining e-learning content and the learning portal, ensuring a seamless learning experience for all team members.

The manager will coordinate learning agendas, manage key performance indicators (KPIs), and support the overall marketing excellence team in driving marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:


* Enable a learning agenda that promotes learning in the flow of work


* Own and manage the Marketing Excellence digital experience, ensuring effective LMS support.


* Design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning content and a user-friendly learning portal.


* Oversee day-to-day operations - planning, timelines, cross functional coordination - to provide a seamless and effective learning experience.


* Coordinate and lead calls with markets and functions to gather and synthesize the Marketing Learning Agenda.
