Business/Program Analyst

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA (on-site) OR Pentagon (onsite)
Clearance: Active DOD Secret Clearance Required
Salary Range: $80-82k + benefits

Seeking a Business/Program Analyst with experience in IT, budgets/finance, or contracts within DoD environments.

This role focuses on supporting IT and Cyber investment oversight, strategic planning, and operational analysis within the Army’s CIO office.

Key Responsibilities:


* Support PM/APM and COR with onboarding and offboarding procedures and documents, network and security access, and record keeping requirements.  


* Assist with preparation of contract monthly service report (MSR).  Consolidate, format, and proofread prior to submission to PM/APM and COR.  


* Manage and analyze program and budget data


* Assist in updating SNAP-IT budget justifications


* Track and report on justifications for IT and Cyber programs.


* Support responses to external and internal taskers, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.


* Support the creation of high-level briefings and reports for Army Senior Leaders (ASL), GOs, and SES personnel.

Required Qualifications:


*   Bachelor’s Degree 0-2 years experience


* Proficient in MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint


* Strong written and verbal communication skills


* SECRET Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:


* Familiarity with DoD acquisition and procurement processes


* Familiarity with contracting operations 


* Familiarity with IT operations and systems


* Familiarity with data analysis, data visualization, PowerBI, or Tableau


* Recent military experience with MOS’s in Information Technology, Finance, Contracts, Operations, or Administration
