We are searching for the best talent for Supply Chain Planner to be in Seoul.

Purpose: In this role, you will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, analyzing internal capacity, and aligning supply and demand to meet customer requirements.

You will play a crucial role in managing inventory, optimizing supply chain costs, and maintaining the integrity of Product Master Data.

You will be responsible for:


* Lead and facilitate the Demand Planning and Market IBP process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


* Utilize statistical demand forecasting techniques to analyze market demand and finalize consensus forecasts, considering historical data and market trends.


* Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop the consensus forecast, incorporating input market intelligence, and ensuring alignment with business goals.


* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support on time product launches and ensure seamless integration of product portfolio into the supply chain.


* Foster effective communication and collaboration with regional and market supply chain partners, commercial marketers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.


* Develop and execute an optimal supply plan to meet business targets while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing carrying costs.


* Conduct regular reviews of planning parameters with regional partners to determine stock supply and replenishment needs.


* Set up and manage master data in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and integrity.


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes, optimize inventory management, and reduce costs.


* Maintain sound KPIs related to forecast accuracy, inventory performance and service level such as DOS, OTIF, MAPE, FVA, ESO and write off cost.
