Purpose: EFCO is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Spray Painter to join our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality painting of products and equipment according to our company standards.

This position plays a key part in ensuring the safety, organization, and operational excellence of our painting department.

Essential Functions

Painting & Production (60%)


* Prepare and paint products and equipment, including the application of Nox-Crete, per company guidelines.


* Operate spray paint guns, paint booths, and towveyors safely and efficiently.


* Perform routine maintenance and preventive care on painting equipment.


* Conduct quality audits and make necessary corrections.


* Keep accurate paint and equipment logs.


* Operate material handling equipment and complete additional duties as assigned.

Work Area Maintenance (10%)


* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including tools and equipment.


* Keep all storage areas tidy and properly labeled.


* Ensure proper placement and labeling of all materials and products.

Safety (15%)


* Follow all federal, local, and company safety regulations.


* Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.


* Report or resolve unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions.
