Job Purpose: Manage warehouse operation to ensure the efficient and economical utilization for storing, reconditioning and distributing finished goods inventories.

Ensure warehouse workloads run at full capacity.

Responsibilities

Operations Management: Manage warehouse planning and work schedules to ensure on time, accurate and complete delivery of EFCO equipment.

Responsible for customer requirements being met.

Using appropriate metrics, monitor productivity of employees in shipping, receiving, reconditioning and storage.

Implement changes in procedures to improve the operational efficiencies.

Ensure all safety regulations and applicable regulatory requirements are followed.

Distribution: Direct trucking and shipping operations.

Responsible for shipment scheduling and adjustments as needed.

Conduct daily equipment reallocation to maximize EFCO lease pool utilization and minimize freight expense.

Ensure shipment coordination with internal and external customers.

Inspects materials produced to ensure quality and inventory accuracy.

Equipment Management: Manage equipment returns and ensure compliance with return procedures.

Move equipment into reconditioning process as needed for scheduled shipments or to achieve percentage of lease pool equipment reconditioned.

Conducts direct customer contacts for all damaged beyond repair and unreturned equipment issues to begin resolution.
