Maintenance Technician

What will you do?


* Identify and express to the Team Leader any risks regarding health and safety


* Conduct preventive maintenance according to preventive maintenance plan.


* Repair equipment in case of breakdown, where the repair methods are known.


* Ensure the consistency of the information into the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)


* Apply the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) approach to reduce the cost of maintenance (continuous improvement), to increase the reliability and availability of workstations and production line.


* On call as needed.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Multi-skilled worker, responsible for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for production / manufacturing equipment in a entity.

Elaboration and application of standardized processes and plans to ensure safety, quality, service / availability, cost.


* Strong contributor to continuous improvement.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* No college degree needed.

Must have HS or GED.


* 1.5 years of experience in maintenance OR 2 years as general contractor laborer
