Global Services Offer Leader - Building Management Systems

Schneider Electric has a challenging opportunity for a passionate individual to assume the role of "Global Services Offer Leader - Building Management Systems' to lead the services business transformation for EcoStruxure Building portfolio.

This role can be based in United States, United Kingdom, or Sweden.

The Buildings Business of Schneider Electric provides intelligent building management solutions to help customers create a productive and comfortable environment for its occupants, reduce energy consumption, and run building operations more efficiently.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accelerating Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth, driving the digitization of service delivery, accelerate modernization of legacy install base, and incubating innovative new services to keep the portfolio competitive and relevant in a fast-changing market.

As Leader, you will lead & collaborate with a global team, craft and implement a multi-year growth strategy, and cultivate a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

Success in this role requires exceptional communication, influencing, and analytical abilities, as well as strong technical and business acumen, relationship-building skills, and a motivational leadership style.

Effective collaboration and partnership across Schneider Electric's global organization and with cross-functional teams will be critical for success.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Leadership & Strategy


* Own and drive the global BMS services portfolio, with full accountability for ARR growth, digitization, and modernization service offerings.


* Develop, communicate, and execute a comprehensive multi-year growth strategy, aligned with global business objectives and market trends.


* Conduct regular portfolio reviews, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to ensure the portfolio remains differentiated and value-driven.


* Establish and maintain governance frameworks, rituals, and processes to ensure effective decision-making, risk management, and alignment across regions and functions.


* Collaborate with strategy teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new business opportunities, including adjacent markets and emerging technologies.

Team Management & Collaboration


* Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of global offer managers, services delivery design, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.


* Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development to maximize team engagement and performance.


* Build and nurture a strong community of practice among offer managers, facilitating knowledge sharing, best practice adoption, and cross-regional collaboration.


* Partner closely with commercial, country, and adjacent offer teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution, portfolio integration, and customer-centric solutions.
