The Senior Director Global Commercial Strategy, Neuropsychiatry Marketing, will provide leadership and oversight for the portfolio of Neuropsychiatry disease areas, such as Major Depressive Disorder, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, and Irritability in Autism Spectrum Disorder for Caplyta (lumateperone) and ITI-1284 and will be a strong partner with R&D, Global Medical Affairs, and the Regions to deliver these innovative therapies worldwide. 

Key responsibilities will include:


* Create the short- and long-range, end-to-end strategy for the Intracellular Neuropsychiatry portfolio; Direct and align portfolio strategy with the disease area strategy and manage the quality of the portfolio to execute against Johnson & Johnson’s goals


* Ownership of the commercial view for opportunities aligned to portfolio strategy; crafting asset valuations in partnership with global analytics and delivering clear communication of case through governance process


* Lead the development of target product profiles and provide strategic commercial input into clinical study development, product development decisions, and labeling to improve value creation.


* Enhance the value of CAPLYTA, drive the development and implementation of key components of commercial strategy, including key message platform development, strategic communication and launch a successful global brand.


* Build a competitive growth strategy for CAPLYTA based on a deep understanding of the disease and marketplace.
