Job Description 

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager to primarily lead INTERCEED™ brand and market disruption strategies.

The J&J MedTech Surgery franchise offers a broad range of products, platforms and technologies-including sutures, hemostasis products, surgical staplers, trocars, and synthetic mesh devices-that surgeons use in a wide variety of open and minimally invasive surgical procedures, and energy based surgical devices.

The Marketing Manager, US Biosurgery, will be responsible for leading projects and end-to-end brand management including partnering to develop brand strategy for INTERCEED™, as well as for Commercial Leadership and overall Brand Support.

This individual will also be responsible for driving hemostat market disruption through effective omnichannel strategies 

 

Responsibilities: 


* Lead end-to-end brand strategy including customer segmentation, positioning, pricing strategies, claims, life cycle management and overall re-branding.  



* Develop and complete a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve growth targets and enhance brand positioning with a focus on Direct-to-Customer business model.
