Inbound Operations Coordinator - Curascript SD

POSITION SUMMARY

Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00 am-4:30 pm

Uses various warehouse equipment: RF units, computer system AS400, Oracle, forklifts, reach trucks.

Performs other warehouse functions including but not limited to: back up for the Receiving Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

•Use of various warehouse equipment: RF units, computer system AS400, forklifts, reach trucks and cherry pickers

• Performs a variety of warehouse functions

• Serves as back up for the Receiving Supervisor during their absence

• Gives direction to the receiving group for work tasks

• Develops and maintains receiving rotation schedule, answers customer and freight forwarder emails, maintains 3PL receiving logs, sends 3PL communications

• Assists with the operation when needed, misc.

filing and paperwork

• Serves as Drug Supply Chain Security Act champion for the receiving team.

• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of work experience

• 1+ years in a distribution center environment, preferred

•RF unit experience, forklift experience, basic computer skills

• Ability to read, write and type English.

• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 19 - 29 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
