Food & Beverage Duty Manager

From our regionally inspired cuisine to crafted cocktails and boutique weddings, our food and beverage team plays a crucial role in creating unforgettable moments.

We are looking for a hands-on Full Time Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead our team across a range of outlets.

If you’re someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and knows how to deliver exceptional guest service while driving team engagement and operational excellence — this could be the perfect next step in your hospitality journey.

You’ll play a key role in delivering our superior guest service experience and will respond to guest needs and issues as they arise.

You’ll supervise, direct, and support our F&B teams with their day-to-day operations, ensuring engagement, development and a consistent standard of excellence throughout all service periods.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


* Leading and supporting outlet operations with a strong floor presence, especially during evenings


* Managing opening, closing, and reset procedures across multiple F&B venues


* Overseeing daily team performance, coaching and mentoring staff on service standards and guest engagement


* Coordinating and writing rosters in line with budget and business demands


* Maintaining compliance with RSA, HACCP, WHS, and IHG brand standards


* Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience


* Assisting in the coordination of inventory, stocktakes, and ordering


* Supporting upselling initiatives and training staff in product knowledge

What we need from you:


* At least 2–3 years’ experience in a hotel food & beverage or restaurant leadership position


* À la carte dining experience


* Extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge


* Previous experience with point-of-sale systems, particularly Shiji – Infrasys, would be highly advantageous. 


* Previous experience managing team rosters


* A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills


* A dynamic, confident, and professional personality with a genuine passion for hospitality


* High standard of personal presentation and attention to detail


* Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
