In this role, you will:

Provides reliability tactical and some strategic leadership for processes and teams at the manufacturing site.

This position is responsible for delivering a breakthrough step change in asset performance while driving costs down to world class levels through continuous improvement in close partnership with the Operations & Engineering team at the manufacturing site.

This position leads the reliability personnel in developing the management infrastructure for maintenance including, Preventative Maintenance Optimization, Condition Based Monitoring, Daily Accountability processes, work management, and down management.

This position is responsible for establishing standards for the day-to-day tasks personnel associated with maintenance and reliability perform throughout the site and checking the execution of those standards to drive continuous improvement efforts in asset reliability.

This work will have a direct impact on plant reliability leading to improved OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and greater ability to achieve other plant objectives like ATS (Adherence to Schedule).
