Role: Data Analyst

Description of type of work performed: As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing custom reporting and dashboards to deliver essential business views and minimize manual data retrieval for front-line teams.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

+ Gather and analyze data to generate meaningful insights for business decision-making
+ Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet specific business requirements
+ Collaborate with front-line teams to understand their data needs and provide timely solutions
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and reporting

Qualifications

Skills:


* Need: Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with greater Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)

Educational Background:


* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Work Experience:


* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles


* Proven track record of developing and delivering data-driven insights and reports


* Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to address data needs and provide analytical solutions


* Familiarity with database querying languages and data visualization tools
