Inside the Compounding Department we are responsible for delivering high quality Bulk Material on time from our Aseptic and Low-Bioburden Compoundings.

Key Responsibilities:


* Shop Floor Coordination
+ Oversee and manage shop floor activities, ensuring effective collaboration across critical departments such as Quality, Planning, MAM, MSAT, DPD and EHS


* Improve Project Managements
+ Identify and manage improvement projects, providing operational oversight within the BU Parenterals and across various departments to drive excellence in production processes.


* Non-Conformance Management
+ Take charge of handling non-conformances by leading thorough investigations and developing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to prevent recurrence


* Subject Matter Expertise:
+ Act as the SME for internal and external partners, offering professional guidance and support to supervisors to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
