Summary:

The Director of Marketing will lead oncology marketing for Head and Neck Cancer and the planning of future amivantamab indications.  The position will be responsible for the development of an integrated U.S.

strategy, directing all marketing activities and the design, planning, and execution of all the promotional tactics to support the launch and marketplace success of amivantamab.  The position will be responsible for integration of brand and sales strategy for the Head and Neck indications and must work closely with sales leadership as well as the Lung Marketing teams.

The Director of Marketing will work closely with Global Commercial Strategy to ensure successful launches and future pipeline planning.

The Director of Marketing must work closely with multiple functions including Sales, Sales Training, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Strategic Customer Group, Medical Affairs, Global Commercial Strategy, R&D, New Business Development, Corporate Communications, and outside agencies and vendors in order to effectively execute key commercial activities.  The position will lead a team of marketing professionals (including staff that has direct reports) and will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the marketing team members.
