What are we looking for?

The Engineering Manager position is responsible for organizing and managing engineering resources within a specific location and/or department.

This includes day-to-day supervision of engineers and technicians.

Additionally, the Team Lead will be responsible for providing local expertise in one or more product categories and mentoring and training less senior technical personnel with applicable product safety standards.

This position will travel at least 25% of the time.
