What You'll Do


* Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities


* Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly communicate insights


* Work with departments to understand goals and translate them into data needs


* Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and reliable


* Support projects that use data to improve performance and outcomes


* Help develop and improve reporting processes and data tools

What We're Looking For


* 2-4 years of experience in data or business analysis


* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or related software.


* Experience with business intelligence platforms like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar.


* Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.


* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data clearly


* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities


* Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with cross-functional teams
