What You'll Do

As an HVAC Building Automation Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing complex Building Automation Systems (BAS) for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:


* Service and maintain HVAC BAS to ensure peak performance and reliability.


* Diagnose and repair control system malfunctions using your expertise in electronic and digital systems.


* Assist in installing sensors, controllers, and actuators.


* Program and configure BAS controllers using manufacturer-specific tools.


* Communicate clearly with clients on-site, providing updates and recommendations.


* Deliver training and support to ensure customer satisfaction and system understanding.


* Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and maintenance.


* Provide sketches and documentation to support engineering updates and commissioning.



* Recommend system upgrades and enhancements based on performance insights.

What You Bring


* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Technical Engineering (or equivalent experience).



* Proficiency in HVAC controls, troubleshooting, and BAS programming (Function Block, Script, Graphics).



* Familiarity withBACnet, LON, MODBUS, and other communication protocols.



* Strong working knowledge ofMS Office,VISIO, and file structures.



* Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.



* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
