Job Summary

UW Health in northern Illinois seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join the over 280 employed providers of the SwedishAmerican Medical Group in Rockford, Illinois.

As a member of our medical group, you will enjoy excellent practice support, including:

* As a teaching hospital, academic and teaching appointments are available with the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford, providing the opportunity to work with medical students and family medicine residents

Education


* MD or DO - Required

License/Certifications


* Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire - Required


* Active Illinois medical license - Required


* Board Certification or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.

Board certification must be obtained within 5 years - Required


* Bi-annual CPR certification - Preferred
