NI-Advanced Practice Provider, Primary Care: Immediate Care

Job Summary

UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Providers (APRNs or PA-Cs) to join our dynamic immediate care team.

As an essential member of our North Mulford Rd Immediate Care Clinic, located in Rockford, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing compassionate and efficient medical services.

Your clinical support includes the following:


* Diagnosing and treating common acute illnesses, injuries and minor medical conditions


* Performing medical procedures (including suturing and wound care)


* Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:


* Master's degree from accredited PA program or completion of a master's level advanced practice nurse program.


* Active APRN or PA license in State of IL and active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
