Overview

The Renaissance Times Square is seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead the launch and operations of our exclusive, newly renovated Restaurant, Bar, and Market-a project so anticipated, its name has yet to be revealed.

Situated in the heart of one of the world's most iconic destinations, this is a rare opportunity to shape a guest experience from the ground up, blending elevated hospitality with the energy of Times Square.

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will partner with the Director of Food and Beverage and oversee all aspects of daily operations across these outlets, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and a strong financial performance.

This high-impact role involves building a high-performing team, driving innovative food and beverage programming, and partnering closely with culinary and hotel leadership to bring this exciting new concept to life.

This is an Overtime Eligible Manager position and the compensation for the position ranges from $26.27 - $28.14 per hour based on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


* Manage day to day operations for all restaurant outlets, room service, culinary.

Stewarding, beverage, banquet, and purchasing operations.


* Control and manage all areas of cost management including cost of food, beverage, salaries and wages, and other expenses.


* Plan and manage the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food and beverages in the hotel in a safe, sanitary, and cost-effective manner.


* Manage the Human Resources within the division.

Direct and oversee recruitment and development of associates; interview, hire, train, empower, coach and counsel, performance, and salary reviews, resolve conflict through fair treatment policy, discipline and terminate as appropriate.
