Job Description:


* Administers supply chain optimization processes, supply chain synchronization processes, and recovery planning efforts.

Conducts routine assesement of the multi-echelon impact of supply disruptions and recommends prioritized actions to resolve and balance all relevant trade-offs.

Contributes to components of projects, programs, or processes for the end-to-end planning area.


* Identifies oppurtunities to optimize E2E value stream within the current SC infrastructure.


* Leverages IBP Process to provide transparency of risks and opportunities and recommend next steps regarding E2E decisions.


* Drives implementation of best practices in E2E planning.

Applies in-depth knowledge of supply chain field to assist service providers with creation of standard productivity measurements, standard work, and systems that ensure processes created are sustained.


* Coordinates inspections, tours, and supports audits of Supply Chain areas on site.


* Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​


* Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
