About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Planner and Purchasing Officer, to join our supportive team at our Sunshine Vinidex manufacturing operation.

Ideally you will come from a similar role and enjoy working in a fast paced and innovative manufacturing environment, experience in managing the spare parts inventory and purchasing requirements for maintenance and production.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your day will also include scheduling maintenance activities including preventative maintenance, creating and closing out work orders, reviewing timeframes, root causes, patterns and frequency of maintenance events, to optimise performance and reliability of plant and equipment.

What will you do?


* Schedule planned maintenance activities/work orders, including preparing parts availability, SOP, JSEA & work permits and contractor management.


* Ensure all PM tasks are scheduled and completed for all plant equipment and maintenance requirements are communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.


* Continually refining the CMMS/MEX database, Work orders data entry, uploading service reports, RCA on breakdown and plan for prevention.


* Administer purchasing activities in accordance with Vinidex policies and procedures.


* Maintain re-order points and economic order quantities to ensure adequate stocks of consumable goods.
