Join Our Team as a Temporary Front Office Coordinator

iKids Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics

Are you an organized, friendly, and bilingual professional who loves working with children and families?

We're seeking a Temporary Front Office Coordinator to support our team during a 6-week maternity leave starting August 22nd.

This role is Monday through Friday and may lead to a permanent position.

What You'll Do:


* Welcome and check-in/check-out patients with warmth and professionalism


* Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments


* Verify insurance eligibility and coverage


* Collect co-pays and balances at time of service


* Maintain accurate patient records in Dental Vision


* Assist with insurance claims and billing follow-up


* Coordinate care between pediatric and orthodontic appointments


* Support the clinical team by keeping the front office running smoothly


* Monitor and manage the office schedule and call flow


* Provide excellent service to patients and their families

Qualifications:


* High school diploma required; some college preferred


* 1-2 years of dental office experience preferred


* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred


* Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance billing a plus


* Positive, team-oriented, and organized in a fast-paced environment
