Job responsibilities


* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating very technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of complex problems.

* Be a part of moving a payments platform from on-perm to public cloud


* Identify and mitigate compliance risks, addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum across a huge global team


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals


* Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness


* Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization


* Must have highly technical background or the willingness to learn technical concepts in order to have affinity with software engineers and a better ability to communicate with them


* Expert ability in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams to steer them into a new and more efficient direction


* Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
