In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of youth programs and family events, ensuring exceptional member experiences.

Supporting the Youth & Lifestyle Activities Manager, the Supervisor helps coordinate diverse lifestyle programs, oversees team members, and contributes to strategic planning.

This role emphasizes creativity, operational excellence, and cross-departmental collaboration to enhance the Sonoran Clubhouse and advance the Club’s mission.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning, recreational programming, or club/resort operations, preferably within a private club or similar environment.

They should also have 1–3 years of experience working with children and proven success in managing youth programs, sports leagues, or social events.

A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role is required, along with strong team management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

The candidate must be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also essential.

Must have a valid Drivers License.
