As a Sales Counselor at Brookdale Hawthorn Lakes, you will be a:

Guide for families and older adults - You'll be the boots on the ground inside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.
Team player - You'll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.
Partner - You'll partner with the Sales & Marketing Director to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunites.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in coursework and related experience is required.

Minimum of five years of progressive experience in the real estate or health care field including experience in such areas as promotion, public relations, or admissions, including a minimum of two years with a proven sales or promotion track record.
