Georgia-Pacific's Corrugated Packaging division is seeking a transformative leader to join us as the Director of Operations at our Spartanburg, SC box facility.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in corrugated manufacturing (sheet, sheet feeder, or full line box facility)


* Experience implementing and sustaining continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced or changing manufacturing environment


* Proven track record of developing, coaching, and promoting team members within a manufacturing or operations setting
