Accounting Analyst

Your Job

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst for a unique opportunity to provide support to the Koch family members and their entrepreneurial ventures.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a range of accounting, accounts payable, financial analysis and reporting services in support of the management team.

A successful candidate will have the following characteristics:

* Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple customers and responsibilities

* Strong customer focus with analytical, financial and economic thinking skills

What You Will Do


* Provide reliable and prompt processing of payments to vendors


* Lead vendor validation process


* Support team members with credit card expense reporting and ensure policy compliance


* Coordinate corporate invoicing and data submission requirements


* Assist with accounting entries and reconciliations


* Oversee sales tax and 1099 tracking and submissions


* Prepare full balance sheet, income statement and cash flow


* Offer valuable insights through reporting and trend analysis


* Develop and implement best business processes and procedures

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, related field, or relevant experience

What Will Put You Ahead



* Experience in finance, accounts payable or accounts receivable


* Proficiency in data retrieval and analytics (Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, PowerBI)
