Your Role: USPH Communications Consultant

The USPH Communications Consultant will develop and execute communication plans, create content for various channels, and manage cross-collaborative relationships.

This role focuses on implementing effective communication plans that enhance employee understanding of sales & brand strategy execution, improve stakeholder engagement, and support overall business objectives.

A key component involves streamlining and simplifying sales content to maximize sales team efficiency and impact.

Your Responsibilities:

Content Creation, Planning and Project Management:


* Develop and execute internal communication plans and sales-focused content to keep USPH employees informed, engaged, and aligned with business strategy and goals.


* Partner with cross-functional teams to create, edit, and distribute compelling, accurate, and timely content across internal channels to support strategic messaging and drive sales performance.

Collaboration and Relationship Management:


* Build strong cross-functional relationships and manage centralized communications by responding to field requests and ensuring consistent, timely information flow across stakeholders.

Content Management and Platform Enhancement:


* Ensure consistent and branded sales communications by using standardized templates and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Partnerships and Field Activation.


* Enhance field engagement by developing podcast series with key leaders, optimizing Viva Engage for usability, and consolidating communication platforms to streamline access to essential sales information.

Performance Measurement and Improvement:


* Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness, provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement, and support additional responsibilities as needed to enhance overall communication strategy.
