Whether you're mentoring CNAs, managing care plans, or coordinating with families and physicians, your role will be vital in ensuring our residents receive the gold standard in care.

? What You'll Do:


* Lead and oversee nursing staff on your shift


* Deliver top-quality resident care with compassion and professionalism


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans


* Monitor residents' conditions and report changes appropriately


* Maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with healthcare standards

✅ What You Bring:


* A current California RN license in good standing


* Strong clinical skills and nursing judgment


* Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing a plus


* Familiarity with electronic charting systems like PCC (preferred)


* A positive attitude and a love for team-based care
