Position Summary
Terrasmart is searching for an experienced Manufacturing Lead Operator to join our team and help drive efficiency, safety, and quality on the production floor.

In this hands-on role, you'll train and support production staff, operate machinery, ensure product quality, and collaborate with supervisors to maintain smooth operations.

Schedule1st Shift, Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:


* Train team members and oversee daily production activities


* Operate equipment and perform quality inspections


* Read blueprints and ensure product specs are met


* Enter data into ERP systems and move materials via forklift


* Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:


* 3 years of manufacturing experience (heavy machinery preferred)


* 1 year as a production lead and forklift operator


* Comfortable with blueprint reading, measuring tools, and data entry


* Able to lift 65 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
