We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:


* Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, and education within the gastroenterology patient population.


* Provide patients with chronic condition management and education.


* Assume responsibility for effectively managing nursing care of individual patients.


* Medication management, infusion therapies, education and scopes.


* Position is in the IBD clinic.

Qualifications


* Graduate of school of nursing Required


* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience


* 6 months of RN experience Required


* Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications


* Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required


* CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required


* Applicable clinical certification Preferred
