Position Summary



* The primary role of this position is to develop, implement, administrate and support programs for the education and development of Erie Agents, Agency employees and Field Managers.


* This individual will manage complex Agent-facing projects that require a deep understanding of Agency structure and operations, Field structure and operations and the Field Manager/Agent relationship.


* This position will source and engage subject matter experts who may be Erie employees, Erie Agents or outside vendors.

They will help define program topics and content to meet a program's development goals.
