What You Will Do


* Develop a thorough understanding of glass manufacturing and fabrication fundamentals, including potential failure modes


* Partner cross-functionally to investigate and resolve plant and customer quality concerns through structured problem-solving including containment, remediation, root cause analysis, and corrective action


* Work as "One Team" to reduce sources of variation in the manufacturing and logistics processes


* Review the impact of audits and trend results to continue increasing process value


* Identify and support opportunities for process improvement


* Manage and improve the plant's document control system

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience with statistical analysis


* Experience working with standard quality tools and multiple root cause analysis techniques


* Experience working as a process engineer or in a quality-related role in a manufacturing setting

What Will Put You Ahead


* Database and Power BI experience


* Experience in influential leadership, advancing projects and/or project management


* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Science or Math
