Customer Satisfaction & Quality Continuous Improvement Manager

What will you do?

Manage the Process/Continuous improvement program within the global Cooling business
- Work with the Leadership to develop strategy and identify opportunity for continuous improvement
- Implement continuous improvement by using "Lean Six Sigma" and others methodologies
- Roll out the prevention based on lessons learned
- Work collaboratively with related functions to ensure all methods / processes deliver the expected benefit to customers and business bottom line
- Coordinate the implementation of agreed changes and monitor to ensure they are robust and sustainable
- Coach the teams to ensure that the organization is a highly motivated and competent and lives the quality and process improvement culture
- Share and replicate the Best Practices of Continuous Improvement
- Network continuously with Continuous Improvement community

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

- Undergraduate degree in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing
- Lean 6 Sigma Green/Black Belt or Lean Expert/Master experience preferable
- 8+ years experience in Quality/Continuous Improvement/Engineering/Manufacturing
- Customer Oriented mindset
