Key Account Manager EPC

The Role: Key Account Manager EPC

What will you do?


* Serve as the primary company liaison in front of respective Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) Company.


* To meet target AOP (Annual Operating Plan).


* Identify customer needs and animate demand generation to maximize company's products and services contents.


* Build relationships with key customers at senior levels and maintain good relationships with customers through regular visits, feedback and review and ensure that customer satisfaction has been met.

(Account Management).


* Establish a strong relationship with the BU Business Leaders and BU Business Managers to find, develop and close opportunities.


* Build a strategic plan to improve client results by analyzing relevant data & monitoring business execution plan strategies, adapting the dynamic of sales.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Education: Engineering and/or Business degree.


* Minimum 8++ experience in sales & account management.


* National and international travel will be required.


* Strong in key account management and opportunity management.


* Ability to work in matrix organizations and multicultural environment.


* Ability to understand and apply industry/market knowledge (macro drivers, significant trends, strategic direction) in client communication and dialog.


* Ability to navigate a complex (matrix) organization and built strong network.


* Detailed business financial knowledge and experience within a technical or sales environment.


* Strong personality to become a winner.


* Strong contract negotiations and closing skills.


* Existing network on Utility business is preferred.


* Dare to disrupt attitude, creative mindset, growth mindset and accountability.
