Position Summary

Central Rent-A-Crane, located in Hammond, IN is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Branch Manager.

In this hands-on position, you will report to the General Manager to provide senior-level oversight of resources (time, people, and money) to ensure profitable business operations of a company affiliate.

This is a full-time, exempt position with a comprehensive Benefits package in a casual office environment.

Essential Functions


* Effectively manages and provides senior-level oversight of resources (time, people, and money) to ensure profitable business operations.

Liaising with branch leaders to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.


* Manages financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating trends and business volumes; aligns business resources to achieve company goals, and measures and analyzes business results.


* Delivers quality and timely solutions for customers.

Develops goals and achieves positive business results.

Knows the company’s products and services, understands the competitive landscape, and leverages the company’s strengths to obtain new business and maintain existing business.


* Builds & maintains effective teams and relationships with others.

Consistently seeks to hire and retain top talent.


* Develops others and recognizes employee contributions.


* Effectively communicates up, down, and across the organization.
