* Facilitating fun, creative, and therapeutic activities for residents


* Getting to know residents and tailoring programs to their interests


* Coordinating with other departments to support holistic care


* Keeping documentation of participation and activity outcomes


* Spreading positivity, laughter, and community spirit throughout our facility!
