Key Responsibilities:


* Perform respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians


* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly


* Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and ventilator management


* Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques

Requirements:


* Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT)


* BLS/ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain)


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
