As Senior HRBP, Science & Innovation , you will work directly with leaders, managers and employees in a supporting the Global Regulatory Affairs & Global Research & Development functional areas in support of the Director, HRBP - Life Sciences.

You will take ownership for your own business areas and have responsibility to managing all aspects of HR for your defined group.

This role will act as a trusted advisor to the agreed business units providing advice, guidance and positive challenge to create the right culture for CooperSurgical's continued growth.
