As Sr.

HRBP - Stem Cell & Biorepository, you will work directly with the Global Stem Cell and Biorepository leaders, managers, and employees, in support of the Global HR Director, Science & Innovation and the Global Life Sciences Operations organization.

You will take ownership of your own business areas and have responsibility for managing all aspects of HR for your defined group.

In addition, this role will be the primary HR Partner for the Tucson facility.

This role will act as a trusted advisor to the agreed business units providing advice, guidance, and positive challenge to create the right culture for CooperSurgical's continued growth.
